Strategy Overview
SillySwap's Strategy feature automates HYPE accumulation using RSI-based dollar-cost averaging (DCA). Instead of buying the same amount every day, you buy more when HYPE is oversold and skip when it's overbought.
How It Works
Daily Top-up → RSI Check → Buy or Skip → Accumulate HYPE
- Virtual Balance: Your strategy has a virtual USDC balance that grows daily
- RSI Check: At 00:00 UTC, the 14-day RSI is calculated
- Buy Decision: Based on RSI, a percentage of your balance is used to buy HYPE
- Execution: The buy order executes automatically through Silhouette
The RSI Formula
Buy % = (70 - RSI) × 2.5
| RSI | Buy % | Behavior |

| ≤ 30 | 100% | Oversold - buy everything |
| 50 | 50% | Neutral - buy half |
| ≥ 70 | 0% | Overbought - skip |
Virtual Balance
The strategy uses a "virtual" USDC balance that increases by your daily top-up amount. This is an accounting layer - actual funds remain in your Silhouette shielded balance until a buy executes.
Example: If your daily top-up is $50:
- Day 1: Balance = $50
- Day 2: Balance = $50 + leftover from Day 1
- And so on...
